If the problem is not resolved after troubleshooting
Take the product (main unit, battery, charging base, charging adapter) along with the warranty card back to the place of purchase.
The operation noise gets higher
Is the dust box full? (P.EN18)
Is a foreign object such as cotton waste or hair tangled in the rotating brush?

Is there clogging inside the dust box (the filters)? (P.EN19)
The operation noise changes while the main unit is operating
The main unit automatically adjusts the suction power according to the amount
of rubbish and dust on the vacuuming surface.
This is normal.
The side brush makes a flapping sound during operation
This is normal. Depending on the floor surfaces or conditions, rotating sound
may be heard from the side brush.
The rotating brush makes a clattering sound during operation
Is a foreign object tangled in the rotating brush or entered inside the brush
cover?
Detach the rotating brush and brush cover, and remove the foreign object

Noise
The exhaust smells of rubbish
Have you left the main unit for a prolong period after sucking up rubbish with
a strong smell?
Empty the dust box if the smell continues even after using the unit several
times (P.EN18)
Clean the dust box (the filters) (P.EN19)
Odor
The main unit did not perform cleaning according to the set timer
The main unit may fail to perform timer cleaning in certain conditions. (P.EN16)
