Why is my Panasonic S-M20PY3E Air Conditioner not cooling or heating properly?
    • A
      Adrian KellerAug 13, 2025
If your Panasonic Air Conditioner's cooling or heating performance is poor, it might be due to the indoor unit's sensor being improperly positioned. The built-in sensor may sense temperature improperly, for example, temperature difference between the ceiling and floor, lighting apparatus, electric fan, windows or waist-high partition walls, etc.. Consult your dealer about changing the temperature sensor setting to use the remote controller's sensor instead. Also, minimize heat sources in the room and reduce the number of people in the room.

      Christopher ObrienAug 17, 2025
If your Panasonic Air Conditioner isn't cooling or heating well, check if the air intake or air discharge port of the indoor and outdoor units are blocked by dust or obstacles. If so, remove the dust or obstructions to improve performance. Also check the fan speed and change it to 'Medium' or 'High' if it is set to 'Low'.
