IC8000 checks the panel SOS signal for abnormalities at exactly 800ms
after the TV is turned on.)
IC8000 ignores the first 720ms period of the panel SOS signal, which starts
after the TV is turned on (Starting point). Judgment begin at 800ms and
after the starting point.
