Note:
“PWR BANK” is shown for 5 seconds when using the
external power bank as the power source.
When the unit is connected to both household mains socket
and external power bank, the power is supplied through the
household mains socket.
If the power supply is disconnected, the unit will switch to
power bank mode and vice versa.
When using power bank as the power source, you cannot do
USB charging.
Power bank cannot be charged while connected to the unit.
Do not use power bank that does not conform to safety
standards.
Do not use power bank output power below 5 V, 2 A.
Do not use damaged power bank. This can cause fire,
electric shock or product damage.
Using the built-in battery
[TMAX20]
This unit contains lithium-ion rechargeable battery. Do not
remove it except for when disposing of the product.
Charge the battery before use.
The battery is charged automatically when AC mains lead
is connected.
The battery LED indicator shows the battery levels.
Note:
Connect to the AC mains lead for first time use to wake up
the battery.
Connect AC mains lead for charging before battery is flat.
The unit will automatically shut down when the battery is flat.
When this unit is not used over a long period of time, charge
the built-in battery at least once every 1-2 months to prevent
it from deteriorating.
It is recommended to charge the battery in the temperature
of between 10°C and 35°C. The battery LED indicators may
flash and charging may not be possible when it is out of
recommended temperature range.
The battery may not charge when the temperature
surrounding the battery is high during the operation or right
after the operation even when it is within the recommended
temperature range. In such case, stop the usage and let it
cool down.
Charging the battery
Connect the AC mains lead.
All battery LED indicators will light up when fully charged.
POWER SAVE mode
This function only works when using battery as the power
source.
Press [POWER SAVE] on the unit.
“PWR SAVE” is shown.
To cancel, press [POWER SAVE] again. “OFF” is shown.
Note:
When POWER SAVE mode is switched on, the illumination on
the system will off.
Preparing the remote control
Use alkaline or manganese battery.
Install the battery so that the poles (+ and –) align with
those in the remote control.
