Diagnosing the LCD
1. Swipe up the home screen, and then in the app list, tap [Hardware Diagnostic] ® [10. LCD].
2. Rotate the unit and check that the screen is displayed as follows.

3. Tap the screen, and then tap .
4. When the confirmation items are displayed, tap the test result items to turn on the checkboxes, and
then tap [OK].
Diagnosing the sound
1. Swipe up the home screen, and then in the app list, tap [Hardware Diagnostic] ® [11. Sound].
2. Tap , speak into the unit’s microphone, and then tap to stop recording.
3. Tap [SAVE].
4. Tap the saved file to check the sound.
5. Tap twice, and the confirmation items are displayed. Tap the test result items to turn on the
checkboxes, and then tap [OK].
Diagnosing the battery health (certain models only)
1. Swipe up the home screen, and then in the app list, tap [Hardware Diagnostic] ® [12. Battery
Health].
2. Check the details and then tap [OK].
