  If the Status LED on your Panasonic Whiteboard does not light up, here are some possible causes and solutions: * The connection between the whiteboard and your PC might not be proper. Check the connection and try plugging the USB cable into another USB interface on your PC. * If the USB cable is connected to the PC via a USB Hub, plug it directly into the PC instead. * The USB cable itself might be faulty. Try replacing it with a new one. * The connection between the CONTROL Board and LED Board might be improper. Check the connection between CN4 and CN200. * The LED Board might have a failure. Check the signal on the LED Board at CN200-3rd pin for +5V (Approx.). If it is present, replace the LED Board. * The CONTROL Board might have a failure. Replace the whiteboard.

  If you're unable to operate or draw with your finger on the elite Panaboard, consider the following possibilities: * Ensure that the Finger/Stylus Pen mode is selected instead of the Electronic Pen mode. * Only use your drawing finger tip to touch the screen board. * Clean the right or left side frame or the reflecting tape inside the lower frame with a soft, damp cloth. * Make sure that magnets or other similar objects have not been attached to the screen board. * Ensure that no objects have been placed on top of the lower frame. * Avoid using the whiteboard in locations where the temperature is subject to sudden changes.

  The Status LED (red) might be lit on the elite Panaboard due to several reasons: * The right or left side frame or the reflecting tape inside the lower frame is dirty. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth. * Magnets or similar objects are attached to the screen board. Remove them. * An object is placed on top of the lower frame. Remove it. * You connected the USB cable while touching the screen board. Avoid touching the screen board when connecting the USB cable. * The temperature has changed suddenly. Avoid using the whiteboard where temperature changes occur rapidly.
