Why is my Panasonic UB-T880 Whiteboard pen not working?

  There are several reasons why the electronic pen may not be working correctly. It could be due to using the electronic pen and your finger simultaneously, the presence of other active applications or anti-virus software, a low battery, the Selector Dial being set to [Low-Power Mode], peripherals connected to the USB hub, another electronic board nearby, or the pen not being registered. To resolve this, avoid using your finger and the pen at the same time, close unnecessary applications, replace the battery, adjust the Selector Dial, connect peripherals directly to the computer, or use the [Electronic Pen Registration Tool] to register the pen.

  If drawing data is being lost or displayed incorrectly, it may be due to performing operations while leaving your hand on the screen board, performing operations with your finger while another part of your hand is touching the screen board, performing operations while the hand that was holding the pen is still touching the screen board or touching more than 3 spots on the screen board at one time. Check that none of the above is causing the problem. If misalignment is not caused by any of the above, perform calibration again.

How to fix misaligned operation position on Panasonic UB-T880?

  If the operation position is misaligned, it could be because the position of the electronic board or projector has changed, the projector zoom was changed, or the monitor resolution was changed. To fix this, perform calibration again. If the monitor resolution was changed, shut down the elite Panaboard software, and then perform calibration again.
