(AGC,

This
switch
is
used
to
select
the
gain
of
the
video
amplifier
as
follows.
ON:
When
the
liens
iris
is
fully
opened
under
a
low
light
condition,
a
clear
picture
is
obtained
by
automatic
increase
of
the
gain.
OFF:
A
natural
and
low-noise
picture
is
obtained
under
a
low
light
condition.

/
ALC)
This
switch
is
used
to
select
the
light
control
func-
tion,
depending
on
lens
type,
as
follows.
ALC:
Choose
this
position
when
using
an
auto
iris
lens.
ELC:
Choose
this
position
when
using
a
fixed
or
manual
iris
lens.

Detail
level
Selection
Switch
(SOFT/SHARP)
The
detail/aperture
level
can
be
selected
by
this
switch.
Set
the
switch
to
the
desired
position
while
observ-
ing
the
picture
on
the
monitor.
Note:
Usually
set
this
switch
to
the
SHARP
posi-
tion.
When
a
Quad
System
is
connected
to
this
camera,
set
this
switch
to
the
SOFT
posi-
tion.

Compensaiion
On/Off
Switch
(BLC
ON/OFF)
When
backlight
affects
the
picture,
set
this
switch
to
the
“BLC
ON”
position
for
a
clear
picture.

Lens
Selection
Switch
(VIDEO/DC)
This
switch
is
used
to
select
the
type
of
auto.
iris
control
signal
to
be
supplied
to
the
lens
from
the
Auto
Iris
Lens
Connector.
DC:
Choose
this
position
when
an
auto
iris
lens
that
requires
a
DC
control
signal
is
mounted
on
the
camera.

VIDEO:
Choose
this
position
when
an
auto
iris
lens
that
requires
a
video
control
signal
is
mounted
in
the
camera.
