Remove the connecting ring and mask (if present).
Do not remove the mouthpiece and the protective cap.
Thoroughly clean all parts thoroughly in warm tap water and
dishwashing liquid.
Rinse all parts thoroughly under clean running water and then
shake to remove excess water.
Drying
The VORTEX
®
and the accessories must be dried completely.
Due to its antistatic properties it can also be dried with a
clean tea towel.
Alternatively, in boiling water
Place the individual parts of the VORTEX
®
and the accessories
(e.g. mask) in boiling water for at least 5 minutes.
Use a clean pot and fresh drinking water and ensure that there
is sufficient water in the pot.
Disinfection
Recommended method
With vaporisator or disinfector.
Be sure to clean VORTEX
®
The VORTEX
®
must be cleaned thoroughly before the first use.
If contamination is visible VORTEX
®
must be cleaned immediately.
