approx.15 minutes. This function is suppressed
when permanent output via the interface is
selected.
Changing the batteries
If the symbol "LOWBAT" is displayed, the
batteries must be changed. To do so, remove
the device from its protective cover. By
removing the 3 screws and the top part of the
housing you will see the battery in the bottom
part of the housing.
Recommended battery: 9V block battery
(IEC 6F 22) or rechargeable battery. The
rechargeable battery can be re-charged with
the battery charger SC-800.
Power supply
In the case of the SCM-150-1-02 it is possible
to operate the device externally and to
recharge the internal re-chargeable battery.
The following mains adapters can be used:
SCSN-350 (to operate the SCM-150) and
SCSN-345 (to operate the SCM-150/SCPR-
100/ SCDA-150). The recommended charging
period is approx. 14 hours.
Attention:
When connecting a mains adapter make
sure that there is no battery inside the hand
meter. This would destroy the device. If the
battery is charged for longer than 14 hours,
its service life is greatly reduced.
