What to do if my Parkside PTHSA 20-Li A2 does not start?

If your Parkside Trimmer isn't starting, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure the rechargeable battery is charged by following the separate operating instructions for the battery and charger. Another reason may be that the rechargeable battery is not inserted properly; make sure it is inserted correctly. Also, check that the switch lock is activated properly. If none of these steps work, the on/off switch may be broken and require repair by a service center.
