What to do if I smell gas near my Patriot Griddle?

  If you notice a strong smell of gas around your Patriot Griddle, immediately turn off the main gas valve. Do not light any flames, ignite anything, or turn on any electrical switches. Also, check if any pilots are out or if a burner knob is turned on. If so, turn off all burner valves and the main gas valve, and allow the excess gas to dissipate before attempting to relight the pilots.
