• Any food that can be cooked in a conventional, convection, microwave or
toaster oven can be cooked in your air fryer.
• Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter cooking time than
larger ingredients.
• Shaking smaller ingredients halfway during the preparation time optimizes
the end result and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
• For a crispy texture, spritz vegetable, olive or non-stick oil over ingredients
in the cooking chamber.
• Place a glass, silicone, or metal oven-safe dish in the cooking basket when
baking a cake or frying fragile or filled ingredients.
• Frozen foods, such as fries, chicken nuggets and fish sticks can be
prepared by following Paula’s Suggested Cooking Temperatures on page
11.
