Xbox - How do I set up my headset to get chat audio only?
The XBOX should recognize the LVL30 headset as a communicator and therefore a chat headset
ONLY. But if it does not then there are ways to adjust the audio to get you chat only.
If using an Afterglow controller, adjust the audio mix according to the instructions in your manual.
If you are using a chat adapter, adjust the audio mix accordingly on the adapter.
If direct to the controller via 3.5mm try the steps below:
1. Sign into your profile
2. Connect the headset back to your controller.
3. On your Xbox one controller double tap the Xbox button
4. Scroll to the settings icon.
