There is no need to fully discharge the 7070R before charging
thebattery.Chargingcanoccurwheneverrequiredandthe
7070Rcanbeleftindenitelyinthechargerhousingwithout
fearofover-charging.

tubeifrechargingisnotavailable.Note:CR123batteriesarenotabletobecharged.
