•Do not try to light any appliance

•Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any phone in your building

•Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas supplier’s instructions.

•If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department

-Installation and service be performed by a qualified installer, service agency or the gas supplier.

-Use of a properly calibrated electronic combustion analyzer MUST be used to install and/or service this appliance.

How to fix no flame on PENSOTTI Water Heater?

  If your PENSOTTI Water Heater has no flame, first, check the mains gas supply. If the gas supply is ok, then the ignition electrode might be broken or grounded, and it should be replaced. Also, the gas valve might be malfunctioning, requiring a replacement. Check if the mechanical minimum adjustment or slow ignition adjustment on the gas valve is set too low and regulate them. For LPG water heaters, verify that the gas valve inlet pressure isn't too high and check the maximum pressure setting. Ensure that the power supply live and neutral wires are connected correctly. Finally, the ionization electrode might be malfunctioning or the ionization electrode cable might be disconnected; in both cases, the part should be replaced or the wire connected.

  If the safety thermostat (203°F) or air pressure switch has tripped in your PENSOTTI Water Heater, it could be due to several reasons. The thermostat itself might be malfunctioning or out of calibration, requiring replacement. Check the wiring to ensure the thermostat cable is properly connected, as well as the air pressure switch. The switch itself could be out of order and need replacement. Also, inspect the inlet and outlet flue gas ducts for any obstructions. Finally, make sure the switch cable is stable and properly connected.
