Replace the gas orices
inside the both unions
with the new ones. Be
sure the letters “NL” are
facing outward. Tighten
the unions with the
channel locks tool.
TIP: REPLACE THE GAS
ORIFICE AND TIGHTEN
ONE UNION AT THE
TIME FOR EASE OF
INSTALLATION.

9. Remove all the tubing from the air orifices and replace the two white AIR ORIFICES
with the new ones provided. Use the 5/16” socket wrench or 5/16” nut driver to
secure in place. Discard the old air orifices. See Figure 7.
