If you suspect that failure of the lifter to
operate is due to a defect, please take a
moment to locate the serial number of your
lifter.
Warranty cannot be honored on lifters or
individual pieces unless a serial number is
provided. Since the tag is frequently lost,
damaged, or painted over, it is a good idea
to note the serial number in this manual at
the time of installation.
At right is an example of the serial number
plate. It will be stamped with a model
number and serial number.
