Your Perlick refrigerator might not be running because no power is going to the unit. Check if the home circuit breaker was tripped and reset it. Also, verify the ON/OFF keypad is turned on. If you have a Dual-Zone model, inspect the Dual-Zone power switch. Another potential cause is a dirty condenser, which requires cleaning.
