at its own discretion, but limits its liability to defective components only. Any other
explicitand/orimpliedwarrantiesareexcluded.

orcontactourcustomerservicedepartmentat:

This warranty does not cover controllers used and/or installed and/or modified in
contravention of the technical data or operating/installation instructions as issued by
RegnerbauCalwGmbH.
RegnerbauCalwGmbHwaivesanyliabilityforindirectorsubsequentdamageincurred
in connection with using the controller, including but not limited to damage to plant
material,costoftechnology/servicereplacement;incurredduringtheexistenceofthe
fault or due to the controller being out of operation; damage to other property;
injuriestotheoperator(s)causedbynegligenceorbyotherreasons.
Allautomaticguarantees,includingguaranteesfortypicalqualityorsuitabilityofthe
merchandisearelimitedtothewarrantyperiodasspecifiedbylaw.
2.Safety
Thisoperation&safetymanualcontainsbasicinstructionsforinstallation,operation,
maintenanceandrepairofthecontroller.Itisabsolutelynecessarythattheprofessional
installationtechnicianandqualifiedstaff/operatorstudythismanualthoroughlypriorto
initiatingthecontrollerinstallationandcommissioning.
Pleasefollowboththegeneralsafetyinstructionsspecifiedinthischapter,andtheparticular
safetywarningspointedoutinotherchapters.
2.1. Marking ofInstructionsintheOperatingManual
Safetyinstructions,non‐compliancewithwhichcouldlead toriskingpeople'shealthare
markedwiththe"danger"symbol:
"Warning"isprintednexttoinstructionswherenon‐compliancemayrepresentariskto
thecontrollerand/oritsoperation.
Whenthecontrollerispluggedintothemains,itstransformerispoweredup.
Touchingitmayresultinalife‐threateningelectricshock!
2.2. RiskinCaseofIgnoringtheSafetyInstructions
Notrespectingthesafetyinstructionsmayresultinseriousinjuries,damagetothe
environmentand/orthecontroller.Notrespectingthesafetyinstructionsmaywaive
liabilityforallandanyclaimsforcoveringdamage.
