SOSTITUZIONE DEI COLTELLI
Questa operazione va eseguita con motore
spento e presa di forza disinserita.
Si può effettuare il cambio dei coltelli nel seguente
modo:
1)Utilizzando un sollevatore idoneo fissando la
macchina all’attacco a 3 punti o altro per impedire
qualsiasi suo movimento. (fig. 19)
2) Sganciare la macchina dalla trattrice e capovolgerla
in modo che il rotore dei coltelli sia bene in vista.

Sostituire i coltelli rotti o usurati con altrettanti originali.
E’ importante quando si procede alla sostituzione dei
coltelli, verificare lo stato di usura delle viti, ed
eventualmente sostituirle con pezzi originali. Fig. 18
Usare guanti di protezione onde evitare
infortuni dovuti agli spigoli taglienti dei coltelli.
E’ consigliabile sostituire dei coltelli rotti o
usurati in coppie diametralmente opposte onde
evitare squilibri e vibrazioni del rotore.

REPLACEMENT OF FLAILS
This operation must be effected with power-
off engine and P.T.O. disconnected.
The replacement of flails can be made in the following
way:
1) In case of flails change by lifting the mower, we re-
mind you to use proper lifting equipment to the ma-
chine weight and that can fix the mower properly.

2) Disconnect the flail mower from the tractor and over-
turn it in the way to have the flails shaft in a clear
view. (Fig.17)
When replacing the knives, carefully check also the
wear of the screws and if necessary replace them (See
Fig. 18) with new original ones.
Use protecting gloves in order to avoid acci-
dents due to cutting edges of the knives.
It is suggested to replace the new knives dia-
metrically opposite in order to avoid lack of bal-
ance and vibrations of the rotor due to less
weight . (See Fig. 20)
