Cleaning of the Silent Pump
1. The CNC silent pump shall be cleaned every week to prevent dirt from clogging the
waterway, resulting in abnormalities such as poor water quality and poor water
discharge.

About Indicator Light Faults
1. The indicator light does not light up after power-on: Please re-plug and replace the
adapter or USB power cord with a new on. If it still does not light up, please contact
info@petkit.com to replace the original USB cable.
2. Failure to reset after filter replacement (the filter indicator light is not off): Please first
confirm that the SMART/NORMAL mode can be switched normally when double
clicking. Or long press for reset after power off and restart. If it still cant be reset,
please contact info@petkit.com.
3. Orange and blue lights flashing alternately (Orange SOLO: alternate flashing of grass-
green and orange light) indicates unstable output voltage, please replace the adapter
with a new one or contact info@petkit.com.
About Filter
1. A little black powder floating in water: A little of non-toxic and harmless coconut shell
activated carbon used for the filter element will float out with the water flow, which is
normal phenomena. Please feel free to use.
