First, grab the wheel axle rod
and you can see that there is a
little hole at the center and at
the lower back part of the cart
where it’s going to be slid into.
Connect the screw nuts on the
outside of the wheels and
tighten them with your fingers at
first then tend with the tool that
comes with your accessories to
grab on the side nut and use a
wrench or a pair of plyers to the
other side to crank them tight.
Insert the wheel axle rod and
line those holes up to slide the
lock pin at the center then put
the wheels in place with the
inner rings facing towards the
outside.
Make sure that the axle is not
sticking out from the nuts and
are even on both sides to
attach the wheel caps.
Attach the wheel caps to the
screwed nuts, line them up and
give it a good smack to put in
place.

There may come a point where you need to change your battery, pump or other parts inside of
the removable “HD5000 Reel Cart Juice Box”. Please visit www.petratools.com/start and watch
the video for instructions on how to remove.
Step 1: Remove the orange front grill covering the front of the juice box.
Step 2: Remove the c-clamps holding each hose to the sprayer unit.
Step 3: Remove the screw at the front base of the juice box and slide the juice
box out.
Step 4: Remove the 4 screws holding on the juice box cover.
Repeat steps in reverse to connect juice box back to the sprayer. Make sure c-clamps are tight.
