removed

Scissors

screw
drivers

this
purpose.

lacquer
finish
of

off
the
machine

with

kerosene

polish
it
with

Maintenance
of
the
treadle
stand
with
the
ball
bearing

simple.

oil

bearing

rod
is

with

grease

grease

replenished
later,
make
sure
that
only
preservative
grease
be
used.
Oil
would
be
flung
out
when
the
machine
runs
at
high
speed
and
might
soil
the
operators
dress.
The
wrench
coming
with

machine

for
adjusting
the
boll
bear
ing
and
the
pitman
rod.

Drive
In
order
to
make
full
use
of
the
speed
this
machine
is
capable
of

28,

motor

allows

speeds
