Why does the needle thread break on my Pfaff Sewing Machine?

Several factors can cause the needle thread to break. Ensure the needle is correctly inserted and is the appropriate type (system 130/705 H). Replace the needle if it's bent or blunt. Verify that the machine is threaded correctly and that the needle size matches the thread. Use high-quality thread from an authorized PFAFF® dealer. Ensure the correct spool cap is used and try different spool pin positions. Replace the stitch plate if it is damaged.
