  If the burner of your PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing won't stay lit after releasing the control knob, it could be due to several reasons. Ensure you hold the knob for 30 seconds after lighting to allow the thermocouple to heat up. High winds (over 10 mph) can also cause the unit to shut down, so relocate the fire pit or use it in less windy conditions. Check for any lava rock or debris in the ignition area, making sure the small hole below the thermocouple is clear. Also, clean the thermocouple and its connection to the valve, ensuring it's properly tightened. If the issue persists, the thermocouple or valve may need replacement.

  If your PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing has a low heat output, accompanied by rumbling noises and a fluttering blue flame, it may be due to insufficient gas supply, a pinched supply hose, a dirty or clogged burner orifice, spider webs in the venturi tube, or the propane regulator being in a low flow state. Check the gas level in the propane cylinder and reposition the supply hose if necessary. Clean the burner orifice and venturi tube. Ensure the lighting procedure is followed carefully, with all valves in the off position when turning on the tank valve, and turn the tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize.
