What to do if PHI VILLA E02GF143 Indoor Furnishing has low heat output on high setting?
    • S
      shannon83Aug 5, 2025
If the valve is set to high on your PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing but there is low heat output, accompanied by a rumbling noise and a fluttering blue flame at the burner surface, it may be due to several reasons. First, check the gas level in the propane cylinder. Next, make sure the supply hose is not pinched. Also, the burner orifice may be dirty or clogged, or there could be spider webs or other matter in the venturi tube. Finally, the propane regulator might be in a “low flow” state. Clean the burner orifice and the venturi tube. Ensure the lighting procedure is followed carefully: all valves must be in the off position when the tank valve is turned on, and turn the tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize.

How to fix PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing burner that won't light with igniter?
    • A
      Andrea BarnesAug 15, 2025
If the burner of your PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing will not light with the igniter but will light with a match, the battery may be dead or installed incorrectly. Additionally, there may be a loose electrode wire or switch terminal wires. Check the installation or replace with a new battery. Check that the electrode wire is firmly pushed onto the terminal on the back of the igniter. Check that the lead wires from the module to the ignition switch (if equipped) are firmly pushed onto their respective terminals.

Why is PHI VILLA E02GF143 Indoor Furnishing flame low?
    • R
      Ryan MontgomeryAug 20, 2025
If your PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing flame and heat are low when the valve is turned to high, it is possible that the propane lighting procedure was not followed correctly. Ensure the lighting procedure is followed carefully. The valve must be in the off position when the tank valve is turned on. Turn the tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize. See Lighting Instructions in the Operating section.

      Tiffany HaleAug 26, 2025

Why is my PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing regulator humming?
    • T
      Tammy HopkinsAug 30, 2025
The humming of the regulator in your PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing is a normal occurrence on hot days. This is not a defect. It is caused by internal vibrations in the regulator and does not affect the performance or safety of the gas heater. A humming regulator will not be replaced.

Why does PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing burner not stay lit?
    • N
      Nicole VasquezNov 9, 2025
If your PHI VILLA Indoor Furnishing burner will not stay lit when the control knob is released, there are several potential causes. The knob may not be held in long enough, or it could be too windy outside. Lava rock or debris in the ignition area of the burner may be preventing the thermocouple from being fully engulfed in flame. Also, the thermocouple or its connection might be dirty, or either the thermocouple or valve itself could be faulty. Hold the knob in for 30 seconds after the burner lights to allow the thermocouple to heat up. The unit will shut down if winds are greater than 10 mph (16 km/h), so relocate the fire pit or use it when it is less windy. Ensure there is no lava rock or other debris in the ignition area and that the small hole below the thermocouple is unobstructed. ...
