Procedure for switching the door opening direction
The freezer is assembled with the door hinges on the right hand side. If you wish to change the door opening
direction, follow the instructions below:
1. First remove the top hinge cover (6).
2. Remove two screws (1) fastening the top hinge (5) (on the right hand side) to the frame. Remove the top
hinge (5).
3. Lift the door and place it on a soft underlay so that it does not get scratched.
4. Remove two screws (8), fastening the bottom hinge (2) and remove the bottom hinge (2).
5. Remove the front left foot (4) and move it to the right hand side.
6. Remove the opening cover plate (7) on the right hand side.
7. Before attaching the bottom hinge (2) remove the screw pin (9) and turn the bottom hinge (2) around.
Then with the help of two screws (8) fasten the bottom hinge (2) on the left hand side in the bottom part
of the frame.
8. Insert the screw pin (9) into the bottom hinge (2).
9. Seat the door in location and ensure that it is seated on the bottom hinge (2).
10. Hold the door in the closed position and with two screws (1) attach the top hinge (5) at the top of the frame
on the left hand side. Remember not to tighten the two screws (1) until the top side of the door is level with
the opposite side.
11. Place the cover (6) over the top hinge.

We recommend that the door change procedure is performed by at least two people.
