frequency
of

selected
wave

the
radio
once
again
to
the
programming
mode
by
depressing

STORE
button

the
MCC
button.

again

initial
situation.

INFORMATION

In
case
you
might
have
forgotten
to
programme
the
correct
INFO
mode
(on
or
off)
you
can
change
the
actual
mode
by
subsequently
depressing
the
following
buttons:
a)
STORE
button
b)
MCC
button
c)
INFO
button
d)
STORE
button
e)
CLEAR
button
Traffic
information
on
the
FM
band
(ARI)
Only
applies
to
countries
which
follow
the
ARI
system.
Important:
In
countries
which
do
not
broadcast
traffic
information
according
to
the
ARI-
system,
the
INFO
mode
should
be
switched
off
(No
INFO
indication
on
the
display).
This
MCC
car
radio/cassette
player
is
equipped
with
an
SK/DK
decoder
(SK
=
Senderkennung
(=
transmitter
identification);
DK
=
Durchsagekennung
(=
message
identification))
for
traffic
information.
This
decoder
identifies
transmitters
on
the
U-FM
band
which
broadcast
a
pilot
frequency
(SK
signal)
and
recognizes
the
DK
signal
which
is
broadcast
by
the
transmitter.
INFO
mode:
With
the
INFO
button
the
INFO
mode
is
switched
on
or
off.
The
switched-on
mode
is
indicated
on
the
display
by
the
word
INFO.
The
INFO
indicator
lights
up
when
the
radio
is
tuned
in
toa
transmitter
which
regularly
broadcasts
traffic
information.
If
the
light
fades
this
implies
that
you
are
outside
the
area
of
coverage
of
the
transmitter.
SK:
To
facilitate
the
search
for
transmitters
which
give
traffic
information,
you
depress
the
INFO
button,
if
necessary.
The
display
will
show
INFO.
In
this
case
you
will
only
receive
FM
transmitters
which
broadcast
traffic
information;
all
other
FM
stations
are
being
muted.
DK:
(in
case
of
radio
reception)
lf
you
only
want
to
receive
traffic
information,
you
turn
the
volume
control
counterclockwise
(at
minimum)
and
the
word
’INFO’
remains
visible
on
the
display.
As
soon
as
traffic
information
is
broadcast,
your
car
radio
will
automatically
switch
to
a
higher,
preset
sound
level.
DK:
(in
case
of
cassette
playback)
If
you
are
playing
a
cassette
and
you
want
the
playback
interrupted
for
traffic
information,
you
should:
a)
beforehand
tune
your
car
radio
in
to
a
transmitter
which
broadcasts
traffic
information
for
the
area
you
are
driving
in;
b)
set
the
radio
in
the
INFO
mode
by
depressing
the
INFO
button,
if
necessary.
When
traffic
information
is
broadcast
now,
cassette
playback
will
be
interrupted.
The
unit
automatically
switches
to
radio
reception
