16-20 EarlyVue VS30 Instructions for Use
RF Radiation Hazard Warning
To ensure compliance with FCC and Industry Canada RF exposure requirements, this
device must be installed in a location where the antennas of the device will have a
minimum distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. Using higher gain antennas and
types of antennas not certified for use with this product is not allowed. The device shall
not be co-located with another transmitter.

detectable from the host product.
This radio transmitter (identify the device by certification number, or model number if
Category II) has been approved by Industry Canada to operate with the antenna types
listed below with the maximum permissible gain and required antenna impedance for
each antenna type indicated. Antenna types not included in this list, having a gain greater
than the maximum gain indicated for that type, are strictly prohibited for use with this
device.
