Use the goLITE BLU every day at the right time to
achieve the result you want. For more information
on the duration of a session, read chapter ‘Using the
goLITE BLU’. Except when you try to adjust your
sleep time, we advise you to use the goLITE BLU at
the same time every day. It is usually sufcient to use
it 20 to 30 minutes a day. It is absolutely safe to use
it longer, if you want to.
When do I
start to notice

You may start to feel the energizing effect any time
