Fruit cake
Only use the strip beaters to prepare this recipe. If your mixer comes
with wire beaters, you can order strip beaters from your Philips dealer.
Ingredients:
150g dried dates, stoned and halved
420g prunes, halved
50g almonds
50g walnuts
50g raisins
50g sultanas
460g wholegrain rye our
100g wheat our
300g honey
a pinch of salt
16g baking powder
500g buttermilk
1 Cutthedates,prunes,almondsandwalnutsinsmallpieces.
2 Putthedates,prunes,almonds,walnuts,raisins,sultanas,100gwheat
ourand260gwholegrainryeourinabowl.
3 Pour the buttermilk into the bowl and insert the strip beaters into
the mixer.
4 Set the speed control to speed setting 3 to switch on the
mixer and mix until the ingredients are well-mixed (approx. 10
seconds).
