5 Add100gwholegrainryeourwithin20secondsandmixuntilthe
ingredients are well-mixed (approx. 10 seconds).
6 Addtherestofthewholegrainryeourwithin20secondsand
press the turbo button to mix the ingredients for 20 seconds.
7 Set the speed control to ‘0’ and let the mixer cool down to room
temperature before you use it again.
8 Bake the fruitcake in a 30cm-long baking tin at 170°C for 50-60
minutes.
