Troubleshooting

The appliance
does not
work
The appliance is
equipped with a safety
lock. If the blender
beaker dry mill beaker
or wet mill beaker has
not been assembled
properly onto the
motor unit, the
appliance does not
work.
Press the on/off button to
make sure that the appliance
is switched off. Then check
whether the beaker has been
assembled properly (see
chapter ‘Using the appliance’).
The blade
unit or motor
unit is
blocked.
There is too much
food in the beaker.
Switch off the appliance and
process a smaller quantity.
The motor
unit gives off
an unpleasant
smell during
the rst few
times of use.
This is normal. If the appliance continues to
give off this smell after you
have used it a few times,
check whether the processing
quantity and processing time
are correct.
