Intended use
This appliance is intended for the removal of unwanted hair.
It is able to deliver long-term reduction in the number of
hairs that regrow after treatment.
You can use Philips Lumea Comfort to remove unwanted
body hair on all areas below the cheekbones, including the
face (upper lip, chin and cheeks).
This appliance has been specically designed and optimised
for use by women, but can be used by men as well. It is
designed for use by one person only.

Philips Lumea Comfort has an integrated safety system
that protects the eyes. This system prevents unintentional
ashing without skin contact.
Skin colour sensor
Philips Lumea Comfort has a skin colour sensor that
prevents treatment if your skin colour is too dark.
The light exit window is recessed in the treatment surface.
This prevents direct contact between your skin and the
light exit window.
