This CoughAssist 70 Series Circuit is compatible with the following Philips Respironics devices: CoughAssist T70 and
CoughAssist E70
This CoughAssist 70 Series Circuit includes:
• Disposable circuit tubing
• Disposable bacteria lter
• Face mask
• Adapter, 22mm x 22mm (22mm x 15mm included with infant mask)
Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions regarding appropriate use of all applicable accessories.
Warnings
• Before initiating device therapy, conrm the proper connection of the circuit, and verify device operation. Patient, device,
and circuit must be monitored on a regular basis per established standards of care.
• Do not pull or stretch the circuit tubing. This could result in circuit leaks.
• Do not attempt to sterilize the patient circuit. Always use a new bacteria lter when using the device on a new patient.
• This disposable circuit is for single patient use only.
• For children and those who are pregnant or breast feeding: This product may contain chemicals (phthalates) which may
cause adverse health eects. Healthcare professionals should discuss the implications of using this product.
Assembly
Attach the appropriate patient interface to the exible tubing. Patient interface options include a face mask and adapter. A
sample breathing circuit assembly is shown.

A low-resistance main ow bacteria
lter is recommended. The lter
should be placed between the
device and the circuit tubing.
Refer to your device manual for
instructions on how to attach the
circuit to the device.
Patient interface options include a
face mask that is available either for
infant, toddler, or adult sizes (small,
medium, or large).
