setting the ringer volume/ vibrating alert
The ringer volume has 3 levels. There’s also a vibrator
setting, great for the cinema or when a ring would be
inappropriate.
1 Press ‘>’ to move right to the ‘Volume’ control.
Choose from Silent><Vibrator> <Vibrator + ring>
<Low> <Medium> <High .
2 Press ‘<’ or ‘>’ on the compass key to move right or
left and select from one of the volume/ vibrator
combinations mentioned above.
3 Press ‘OK’ and you will see ‘Set’.
you can set the phone to make a tone each
time you press a key
1 Press ‘MENU’.
2 Press ‘>’ on the compass key to move right from
<Names> to <Settings>.
3 Press ‘OK’, you will see <Ringer>.
(This menu is not available if ‘vibrate’ or ‘silent’ is
activated on your phone).
4 Press ‘<’ on the compass key to move left from
<Ringer> to <Key tones>.
5 Press ‘OK’, to scroll between Set off> <Set on .
6 Select Set off> and ‘OK’, to silence the tones.
7 Select Set on> and ‘OK’, to sound the tones.
