Some toothbrushes are a bit louder than other
toothbrushes. Your Philips Sonicare toothbrush might
simply be loud but still function correctly. If your Philips
Sonicare toothbrush functions normally and has no
other problems, you can continue using it. Contact
Philips Sonicare support at www.philips.com/
support if you have questions about your Philips
Sonicare toothbrush.
The Philips
Sonicare
toothbrush has
mold growing
on the handle.
What can I do
about this?
Remove the brush head and rinse the metal shaft
area with warm water. Make sure you remove any
residual toothpaste. Wipe the entire surface of the
handle with a damp cloth. See chapter ‘Cleaning’.
