Press the cover inwards and slide it in the direction of the arrow. Place two AAA type batteries into the battery compartment.
The remote control has been programmed to operate most Philips devices. Test if your device responds to the SRU 3040.
This is only necessary if your device does not respond to the SRU 3040. Program the remote control to do so.
