Replacing the sealing ring and removing the rod
- Remove lower screw (1).
- Drain the oil from the suspension.
- Remove the rod.
- Replace sealing rings (3) and (4) with new ones.
- Fit the new rings after lubricating the related seats.
- Replace the rod and refit lower screw (1 ).
- Unscrew plug (2).
- Pour in 90 cc of "Fork PG" SAE 20W oil.
- Reassemble by following the disassembling proce-
dure in reverse order.
Substituição do anel de vedação e desmontagem
haste
- Tirar o parafuso (1 ) inferior;
- Descarregar o óleo da suspensão;
- Tirar a haste;
- Substituir os anéis de vedação (3-4) com anéis no-
vos;
- Introduzir os novos anéis de vedação após ter lubri-
ficado a sede dos mesmos;
- Introduzir novamente a haste, montar o parafuso (1 )
inferior;
- Desparafusar a tampa (2);
- Introduzir 90 cm

de óleo "Fork PG" SAE 20W;
- Montar novamente o tubo em sentido inverso à
desmontagem.
Sustitución del retenedor de aceite y desmontaje
de la barra
- Quitar el tornillo (1 ) inferior;
- Descargar el aceite de la suspensión;
- Extraer la barra;
- Sustituir los retenedores de aceite (3-4) con retenes
nuevos;
- Introducir los retenedores de aceite nuevos después
de haber lubricado su alojamiento;
- Introducir la barra y volver a montar el tornillo (1)
inferior;
- Destornillar el tapón (2);
- Introducir 90 cc de aceite " Fork PG" SAE 20 W;
- Volver a montar todo en el sentido contrario al des-
montaje.
