Replacing the brake pads
N.B.: This operation is facilitated by removing the
calipers from their supports without detaching the oil
lines.
Removing the front brake pad
Follow these steps:
- Remove the front wheel.
- Remove the two screws shown in the figure.
- Remove the retaining ring and the pin.
- Remove the two brake pads from below.
- Repeat the procedure for the brake pad on the other
side.
Substituição pastilhas travão
Aviso: Esta operação pode ser facilitada removendo-
se as pinças dos respectivos suportes sem soltar os
tubos de óleo.
Remoção das pastilhas travão dianteiro:
Proceder como segue:
- Desmontar a roda dianteira.
- Soltar os dois parafusos indicados na figura.
- Remover o anel de bloqueio e tirar o eixo.
- Puxar para baixo as duas pastilhas.
- Repetir as operações para a pinça do travão do lado
oposto.
Sustitución pastillas del freno
N.B.: Esta operación resultará mas fácil si se quitan las
pinzas de sus soportes sin quitar las tuberías del aceita.
Extracción de las pastillas del freno delantero:
Proceder de la siguiente manera:
- desmontar la rueda delantera.
- destornillar los dos tornillos indicados en la figura.
- quitar el anillo sujetador y extraer el perno.
- extraer hacia abajo las dos pastillas.
- repetir las operaciones en la pinza freno del lado
opuesto.

Removing the rear brake pads
Follow these steps:
- Remove the silencer and the rear wheel as described
in chapter 6 "FRONT SUSPENSION".
- Remove the two screws shown in the figure.
- Remove the retaining ring and the pin.
- Remove the two brake pads from below.
Remoção das pastilhas travão traseiro
Proceder como segue:
- Remover a marmita e a roda traseira operando con-
forme o descrito no Capítulo 6 - SUSPENSÃO DIAN-
TEIRA.
- Soltar os dois parafusos indicados na figura
- Remover o anel de bloqueio e tirar o eixo.
- Puxar para baixo as duas pastilhas.
Extracción pastillas del freno trasero
Proceder de la siguiente manera:
- quitar el escape y la rueda trasera, actuando como
descrito en el Capítulo 6 - SUSPENSION DELANTE-
RA.
- Destornillar los dos tomillos indicados en figura.
- Quitar el anillo sujetador y quitar el operno
- Extraer hacia abajo las dos pastillas.
