Required Items for Ballast

Step 1: Initial Seal Placement

Carefully place the Seal upturned onto a supporting structure, using furniture blankets to prevent damage.

Step 2: Baseplate Removal

Remove all security bolts and carefully lift out the baseplate from the seal.

Step 3: Ballast Bag Preparation

Place sand into strong bags, typically two per 2-seater, and seal them securely with cable ties.

Step 4: Final Assembly and Feet

Replace the baseplate, attach feet cups using screws, and tap in caps to finish the feet.
