Why is CD or DVD playback not working on my Pioneer Car Navigation system?

If CD or DVD playback is not possible on your Pioneer Car Navigation system, there might be several reasons: * The disc might be inserted upside down. In this case, insert the disc with the label upward. * The disc could be dirty. If so, clean the disc. * The disc may be cracked or damaged. Try inserting a normal, round disc. * The files on the disc might be in an irregular file format. Check the file format. * The disc format might not be supported for playback. Replace the disc. * The loaded disc is a type this product cannot play. Check what type of disc it is.
