Make sure there is no-one in the danger
zone!
Secure the pivoting area before removing
the cab.
The power cable will be pinched if the passenger cab is
placed on the ground.
Remedy!
Place a wooden pallet under the passenger cab.
Mounting the passenger cab
16 hexagon bolts 1, check tightening torque 130 Nm.
2 upper frame bolts 2, check tightening torque 500 Nm.
Place 4 support bearings on the bed (see arrow).
Insert 4 hexagon bolts with washer 3 in the drilled holes
in the base plate of the passenger cab.
Close the passenger cab door.
