Step 8: Place one safety hook (6) on each side of the Puller Hook (1) and around each strut spring as shown
in Figure 4.
Step 9: Place the SQUARE WASHER (5) over the two threaded ends of each SAFETY HOOK (6). The
SQUARE WASHERS (5) should hold the two SAFETY HOOKS (5) together next to the PULLER
HOOK (1).
Step 10: Thread on the WING NUT (4) for each SAFETY HOOK (6) then tighten the SQUARE WASHER (5)
against the PULLER HOOK as shown in Figure 4. The WING NUTS (4) should be nger tight.
Step 11: Repeat Steps 2 through 10 with the second Strut Spring Compressor Assembly.
