7.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Cannot enter
Pairing Mode (Wi-Fi
indicator does not
flash blue).
Indicator in Red:
Press and hold the Wi-Fi button
until it flashes to blue and then
manually enter the pairing mode.
Indicator Off:
Short press the Wi-Fi button to
turn on indicator. The product
will enter into pairing mode
automatically.
Cannot receive the
verification code?
1. Make sure you have entered
a correct email address when
signing up.
2. Check if the email is blocked or
sent to another folder.
3. If you still cannot receive the
code after several attempts,
please contact our Customer
Support.
Cannot connect to
Wi-Fi network or
Wi-Fi connection is
unstable.
1. Make sure the product is
connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
network.
2. Make sure you have entered
the correct Wi-Fi password.
3. Place the product within the
signal coverage of the router.
4. Avoid placing the product near
metal objects or windows,
and behind multiple walls that
could block the signal.
Cannot connect to
the app?
1. Make sure the product is
connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
network.
2. Follow the steps in "Pairing
your smart device" to try again.
