Why is the dewpoint elevated in my Pneumatech Dryer?

  An elevated dewpoint in your Pneumatech Dryer can occur due to several reasons: low purge flow (reset purge pressure at the recommended pressure), low inlet pressure (recalculate purge pressure setting from the chart), excess moisture carryover (check prefilter element and drains at the prefilter and afterfilter), high inlet temperature (check aftercooler operation), excess air/gas inlet flow (check total output of compressors), desiccant coated with oil (depressurize dryer and inspect desiccant), dewpoint monitor out of calibration (recalibrate probe).
