What to do if the POBEL DESA 0041 has adequate water supply but distillation does not happen?
If the POBEL Water System has adequate water supply but distillation does not occur: 1. Check level switch N. If the circuit closes upwards and activates contactor C1, replace the switch if necessary. 2. If there is current supply to the input of contactor C1 but it does not work, replace it. 3. If there is current supply to the resistance (R, R1, R2, R3) but it does not heat, replace the resistance.
Why doesn't the green light turn on in my POBEL DESA 0041 Water System?
If the power cord of your POBEL Water System is connected, the electrical switch is ON, but the green light does not turn on, measure and check that the voltage in the network is 230 V (or 110 V for model 10DESA1041, or 380 V for model 10DESA0120). Also, check the status of the switch.
