Please make sure you are using the POGS-Safe cable. This cable has unique built-in
technology to limit the volume to a maximum of 85 dB, which other audio cables do not.
The POGS-Safe cable is included with your purchase of The Elephant 2 headphones. The POGS-
Safe cable is removeable for your safety as it will release if caught behind something. It also allows
you to replace the cable if needed without needing to replace the headphones.
Please make sure that you connect the straight plug (with POGS brand name on it) into your
POGS. The angled plug is to be plugged into your device.
You can control the sound and volume on your connected device.
Be aware that the audio level of headphones is determined by the power of the output device. Our
POGS-Safe cable ensures a maximum of 85 dB at an output power of 1V, which is the maximum of
most common consumer devices. If you are unsure, please contact the supplier of your device to
verify.
The POGS-Safe cable has an integrated microphone in the black button on the cable. When using your
POGS to make a phone or video call, this microphone will be used to record your voice.
