  If your Polaris Offroad Vehicle's engine turns over but fails to start, first, refuel the vehicle. If the fuel filter is clogged, you should see your dealer. If there's water in the fuel, drain the system and refuel. Replace old fuel with fresh, recommended fuel. Inspect spark plugs and replace them if they are fouled or defective. Also, inspect for spark to the spark plug and replace the plugs if necessary. If there is water or fuel in the crankcase, immediately see your dealer. Ensure the battery voltage is at 12.8 VDC by recharging if needed. Check and tighten any loose ignition connections. If these steps don't resolve the issue, it could be a mechanical failure, and you should see your dealer.

For worn or defective spark plug wires, you should see your dealer. Ensure the spark plug gap and heat range are correct, adjusting or replacing the plugs if necessary. Check and tighten any loose ignition connections. Replace fuel if water is present. Recharge the battery to 12.8 VDC if the voltage is low. Inspect and replace any kinked or plugged fuel tank vent line or filter. Check for kinked idle air control lines and rotate them to remove the kink. Replace incorrect fuel with recommended fuel. Inspect and clean or replace a clogged air filter. For other mechanical failures, consult your dealer.
